How we ship your order across Canada, and what to do if there is an issue with it.
Shipping
Shipping is a flat $10.00 across Canada. Orders over $100.00 ship free. Orders are usually mailed within 1–2 business days, by Canada Post Xpresspost.
The $100.00 is your items' total, before GST and shipping. GST is added at checkout.
Canada Post's delivery standard for Xpresspost from a non-major centre such as Denman Island is 1 business day after mailing for local delivery, 2 within Western Canada, 3 to the rest of Canada and 5–8 to northern and remote areas.
Returns
All sales are final. If there's a problem with a product, please contact us.
